MEET MIRTHA
Recently, one of our past pantry service guests, Mirtha, dropped off a huge donation of clothing including men’s, women’s and children’s clothing. She says she and her husband struggle to support their family of six by working part-time just making minimum wage.
Our pantry services have been a safety net for them when they have run out of food. Mirtha says the baby supplies she has received from SFC including everything from diapers, bottles, wipes and clothing also have been a huge support.
“I wanted to give back because of all of the help St. Francis Center has given to my family. I wouldn’t be where I am right now without the Center,” Mirtha said.
