Breakfast Program
St. Francis Center provides anyone in need with warm meals and sack lunches six days a week through our breakfast program and traditional holiday meals. Come on down to the center to get a great cup of coffee, a warm, delicious meal made every morning by our cook, Xochitl, and a shelf-stable sack lunch for later on in your day!
**No registration or payment is needed to receive this service.
Meals are served :
Monday 7:30 - 8:30 am (to-go breakfast)
Tuesday - Friday 7:30 - 8:30 am (indoor sit-down dining available or to-go breakfast option)
Saturday Brunch 8:30 - 9:30 am (indoor sit-down dining available or to-go breakfast option)
Sunday CLOSED
Hygiene Services
During our shower program, the Center distributes clothing and hygiene kits, which include basic toiletries, clean underwear, socks, and towels. Each guest must sign up for a time slot. Spaces are limited and are given on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Showers are available:
- Monday 8:30 - 11 am
- Tuesday 7:30 am – 12:00 pm (Mobile showers outside the center provided by the CARE team - sign up with the CARE team)
- Friday 6 - 7:30 am
- Saturday 6 - 7:30 am

SFC supports our unhoused guests by providing tools and connections necessary to successfully transition from homelessness and achieve and maintain stable housing. Our Resource Services team provides guests with comprehensive services including referrals for health care services, shelter for families and individuals, assistance obtaining IDs and either reduced or waived fee vouchers for DMV IDs for jobs and social security. SFC also provides our address for our guests to use and maintains a mailbox for each individual. Guests involved with our resource services also have access to computers, phones, and voicemail. Mail pick up service is available:
- Monday - Friday 8:30 - 9:30 am
- No mail Saturday & Sunday
*Guests who would like to receive mail delivered to the center must FIRST register with the SFC Resource Department at resourceservices@sfcla.org.
Laundry Services
SFC is proud to partner with The Laundry Truck LA to offer our unhoused community access to full laundry services. Simply drop off your laundry and the attendant will collect, sort, wash, dry, and fold your clothes. Clothes will be returned in a clean bag.

Laundry will be available for pickup until 2:30 pm.
Veterans Services
SFC has aligned with Mayor Garcetti’s efforts to end veterans’ homelessness in Los Angeles. Specifically, we now extend the opportunity for veterans to utilize both our homeless served meal program and our Pantry Services making it easier to transition from homelessness.
