Thank you to everyone who attended our 8th-Annual Friends of St. Francis Center event!
Our 8th-Annual Friends of St. Francis Center event was a huge success! Over 120 guests, including St. Francis Center board members, staff, volunteers and supporters, gathered at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels to enjoy delicious food, fun and came together as a community. This year we were able to raise more than ever before – in fact over 47% more – which will be put to good use to provide fresh, nutritious groceries to extremely low-income families and help feed the homeless community in downtown Los Angeles.
St. Francis Center staff also gave special recognition to several honoree groups, American Martyrs, St. Rita’s Parish, and WARE Disposal for truly exemplifying our mission to feed, serve, and walk with the poor as a community of hope in the spirit of Saint Francis of Assisi.
